Support for Daily Tracker, our habit tracker for iPhone, Takhtehnar, our backgammon game for iPhone, and Callback, our interview-practice application for macOS. If the guidance below does not resolve your question, please contact us directly.

Contacting us

Please email support@vorvano.com stating your question, the application concerned, and your device and operating system version. Where a fault has occurred, a description of what you were doing at the time is generally the fastest route to a resolution.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday.

Daily Tracker (iPhone)

Daily Tracker is a habit tracker built on the principle that a record is only valuable if it is accurate. Each habit is recorded as an answer to a question rather than as a checkmark.

Is there a charge?

Daily Tracker is provided free of charge. There are no tiers, no subscription and no in-app purchases.

Why is an account required?

Your records synchronise to your Vorvano account so that they survive the loss of a device and remain available on your other devices. Sign-in takes place on Vorvano's own login page in a system sheet rather than within the application, so your password is never entered into Daily Tracker.

A habit is asking me for a photo, video or voice note

That habit has an evidence requirement enabled, which was selected when the habit was created or last edited. Open the habit in the editor to amend or remove the requirement. Evidence is retained for your reference alone: there is no sharing, no feed, and no means by which another person can view it.

Reading aloud is not working

Reading a commitment or pledge aloud is recognised entirely on your device, and the application will not fall back to a server. Where a device or language does not support on-device speech recognition, the feature is unavailable rather than degraded, and no audio is recorded or transmitted. Please confirm that speech recognition and microphone permissions are granted in iOS Settings, and that your language has been downloaded for on-device recognition.

How can I export my data?

An export is available in Settings, which writes your records to a location of your choosing in the Files application as a spreadsheet with one row per day and one column per habit.

How do I delete my data or account?

Deletion is available within the application, under Settings, and does not require a request to us. Should you wish to confirm what was removed, or be unable to reach the control, please email support@vorvano.com from the address associated with your account. What is retained, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

What data does Daily Tracker collect?

Your habit configuration and daily answers, any text or recording entered in the journal, and any photographs, videos or voice recordings attached as evidence, all stored against your account. The application contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Callback (macOS)

Callback conducts realistic mock interviews with an AI interviewer, then scores your responses and identifies the points to address. It runs on Macs with Apple Silicon or Intel processors. During the beta it requires a free account and an internet connection, as the interviewer and the scoring are performed on our servers rather than on your device.

macOS will not open Callback on first launch

Callback is in beta and is not yet notarized by Apple, so a security warning is displayed the first time it is opened. This is expected. The step-by-step install guide on the Callback page sets out the procedure. It takes approximately one minute and is required only once.

What data does Callback store, and where?

Your account data and, where you consent, your interview transcripts and session recordings, on our servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, so you can revisit your sessions and track your progress. Whether transcripts are retained is governed by your in-app settings and consent. The Privacy Policy gives the full picture, including how session audio is handled.

How do I delete my Callback data?

From within Callback, under Settings → Delete account, which removes it from our active systems. You can also request deletion by emailing support@vorvano.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for retention and your privacy rights.

Is there a charge for Callback?

Callback is free during the beta. There are no purchases or subscriptions right now, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid features later, the terms will be disclosed clearly before you are charged.

Takhtehnar (iPhone)

Takhtehnar is a backgammon game with a coach that scores your moves, so you can see which of them cost you the game and practise those positions again. It runs on iPhone in portrait, requires iOS 17 or later, and is available in English and Persian (فارسی) with a full right-to-left layout. It works entirely offline.

Is there a charge?

No. Takhtehnar is free, with no in-app purchases, no subscription, no chips or virtual currency, and no advertising. Nothing in it can be bought, and nothing in it is wagering or gambling.

Does it need an account or an internet connection?

Neither. Takhtehnar makes no network connection at all, so it works on a plane, in a tunnel, and with the device in airplane mode. The “account” under Profile is a local profile: it is a display name and, if you enter one, an email address, both stored on your phone only. No password exists, nothing is registered with Vorvano, and no message is ever sent to that address.

How do I switch to Persian?

In the app's settings. Changing the language switches the interface to a full right-to-left layout, including the board and the coach's commentary, and takes effect immediately without reinstalling or restarting the app.

Why does the coach say my move was wrong when I won?

The coach scores the decision, not the outcome. Its evaluations — equity figures, move ratings and win probabilities — are statistical estimates produced on your device by neural networks bundled inside the app. A good move can lose to bad dice and a poor move can win with good ones, so a rating that disagrees with the result is usually the coach doing its job. The estimates can also simply be wrong; they are provided for practice, not as advice.

Where is my match history kept, and does it move to a new phone?

On the device, and it moves only as part of your device backup. Your settings, matches and local profile are written to the app's own storage and are included in the iPhone backup, so restoring a new phone from that backup restores them. Nothing is held on a Vorvano server, so there is no copy for us to restore if the backup is lost.

How do I delete my data?

Three ways, depending on how much you want gone. Profile → Delete account removes the local profile and every stored match. Settings → History → Clear match history removes the matches and keeps the profile. Deleting the app removes everything. None of these require a request to us, and none of them could: we hold nothing to delete. See the Privacy Policy.

What data does Takhtehnar collect?

None. The app requests no permission of any kind — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, notifications or Bluetooth — contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party code, and never opens a network connection, so its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.” What it stores on your own device is listed in the Privacy Policy.

Other matters

Reporting a defect

Please email support@vorvano.com describing what occurred, what you expected instead, the steps required to reproduce the issue, your device and operating system version, and a screenshot where available. Reproduction steps are what allow a report to be acted upon.

Requesting a feature

Please send requests to support@vorvano.com, describing what you are trying to achieve rather than only the feature itself. The underlying requirement is the more useful information.

Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct, port or delete your personal information should be sent to support@vorvano.com, preferably from the address associated with your account. Your rights, and the manner in which such requests are handled, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
