How do I contact support?

Email us at support@vorvano.com with a description of your issue. Please include the name of the app, your device model, and your iOS version so we can assist you more efficiently.

How do I request data deletion?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. To delete all data associated with a Vorvano app, simply delete the app from your device. No server-side data exists to delete because we do not collect or store any user data on external servers.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@vorvano.com with a description of the bug, the steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots. We appreciate your help in improving our apps.

Do your apps require an internet connection?

Our apps are designed to work offline. No internet connection is required for core functionality since all data is stored locally on your device.

Do your apps collect any personal data?

No. Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

How do I request a refund?

App purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Vorvano does not process payments and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

Which devices are supported?

Our apps support iPhone and iPad running the latest and two previous major versions of iOS/iPadOS. Specific requirements are listed on each app's App Store page.
