How do I contact support?

Email us at support@vorvano.com with a description of your issue. Please include your macOS version and, where relevant, what you were doing when the problem happened, so we can assist you more efficiently.

What is Callback and what do I need to run it?

Callback is a macOS desktop app that runs realistic mock interviews with a lifelike AI interviewer, then scores your answers and shows you what to fix. It runs on Macs with Apple Silicon or Intel processors. During the beta, Callback requires a free account and an internet connection, because the interviewer and scoring are powered by AI running on our servers rather than on your device.

Mac won't open Callback the first time?

Callback is in beta and isn't notarized by Apple yet, so the first time you open it your Mac shows a security warning. This is expected. The step-by-step install guide on the Callback page walks you through opening it — it takes about a minute, and you only do it once.

What data does Callback store, and where?

Callback stores your account data (such as your name and email) and, where you consent, your interview transcripts on our servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, so you can revisit your sessions and track your progress. Whether transcripts are retained is governed by your in-app settings and consent. For the full picture of what we collect and how we protect it, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I request data deletion?

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within Callback under Settings → Delete account, which removes it from our active systems. You can also request deletion by emailing support@vorvano.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention and your privacy rights.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@vorvano.com with a description of the bug, the steps to reproduce it, your macOS version, and any relevant screenshots. We appreciate your help in improving Callback.

How much does Callback cost? Can I get a refund?

Callback is free during the beta. There are no purchases or subscriptions right now, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid features in the future, the terms will be disclosed clearly before you are charged.
